Thicknesses Available: 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm & 5mm

Finishes Available: We currently stock three different stainless steel finishes:

• #4 – This finish has a “grain” on it, this is the same finish you would expect to see on new stainless steel appliances. This material is only available in thicknesses up to 3mm.
• #8 – A material with a #8 finish is a “mirror finish” and as it’s name suggests is highly polished. We stock this in 1.2mm only as it is the most popular thickness.
• 2B – A mill finished material for general purpose engineering. Mill finish is available in all thickness up to and including 5mm.

Cutting Notes: Typically, we only stock 304 #4 finish stainless up to 3mm in thickness & 2b finish only in thicknesses greater than 3mm.

We are also able to process marine grade (316) stainless steel in any thickness or finish up to 5mm but we do not hold marine grade as a stock item.
